Materials

Our Protectors are designed to give maximum protection in the event of an accident, All fasteners are High Tensile Steel and de-embrittled to avoid sheering on impact.

We use Acetal for the main body which is 50% stronger than normal plastic, Aluminium inserts are then shrunk into place. Spacers if needed are high grade Aluminium.

Bespoke Machining 

We can also offer  a bespoke service to meet your individual requirements,Working from sketches to CAD drawings. Extra long protectors or unique models.
